Common Challenges

Common challenges include insufficient sample sizes leading to statistically insignificant results, testing too many variables simultaneously which makes it difficult to identify what caused performance differences, and not allowing enough time for the test to run properly. External factors like seasonality or concurrent promotions can also skew results if not accounted for during test design.
